The fire alarm system will include the following equipment and services: ·1-Addressable fire alarm panel – Expandable ·1-Network-cellular communicator – Eliminates the need for phone lines. ·1-Fire alarm annunciator – located at the main entry to HOM ·1-Flush mount trim ring for the annunciator – Flush mounted in vestibule ·1-Smoke detector above the panel ·1- Pull station located at the HOM entry next to the annunciator ·1-Horn Strobe – Located just outside of the panel room. Fire sprinkler system connection points: ·4-Tampers ·2-Water Flow HVAC roof top unit duct smoke detectors: ·Connections to 16 HVAC contractor provided duct smoke detectors, monitor duct smoke detectors as a supervisory point ·Install sixteen remote test stations. The elevator recall system will include the following equipment and services: ·11 – Smoke detectors. Located at each of the 3 elevators and the mech room ·3 – Heat detectors.
