GSSC to provide and install a fire alarm system for the new Walser Toyota Bloomington location. Install (1) Silent Knight 6808 fire alarm control panel. General Contractors electrical contractor to hard wire fire panel, on a locked and dedicated circuit. Install (2) 18A batteries in the fire panel Install (1) solepath cellular communicator Install (1) 7A battery in the cellular communicator Install (1) remote annunciator at the main entry Install (1) smoke detector above FACP Install (1) manual pull station at the fire panel location Install (1) horn/strobe on the panel/riser room exterior wall Lift to access ceiling Fire Riser Devices: Connect to and monitor the following (6) customer provided points on the valve assembly and riser: 2-Flow, 3-Tampers, 1-Piv Does not include boring from FACP room to PIV. Customer to provide all underground work. HVAC Duct Smoke Detectors: Connect to (5) HVAC contractor supplied return only duct smoke detectors. Install (5) monitor modules to monitor duct detectors. Install (5) remote test stations directly below each RTU unit. Supply lift to access ceiling, test. Elevator Recall: Provide and install smoke detectors and relay connections for the elevator recall system. Install (8) elevator recall smokes, Install (6) relays
