Due to this being a temp space with the use less than 180 days, some code requirement corrections to the space will not be required as per the C.O.B. Building official and will be addressed if the length of duration use for this space exceeds 180 days. Electrical cords that are run across floors in this space will need to be protected from damage and or tripping hazard by the leaseee of the space. Electrical inspection would require a heavier gage cord,(12 gage) from feeder box to the tables in lieu of the 14 gage cords due to traffic areas. Fire inspector to complete his inspection and verify exit lighting on 4/13/17, final of this space is pending that approval. Bathrooms meet building and accessibility code requirements. Approved for occupancy.
