Shaft wall framing at elevator fronts on levels 3,4,5,&6 approved install 1st layer of outer gypsum. Elevator frames are all packed with 1” of core board to maintain rating.

Progress of parking ramp inspection.... 1) verify removal of handicap parking spot at lower level. 2) ladder access to the parapet roof . This stations and mounted ladder to the roof would kick in the requirement for a guardrail at the highest roof point to bldg. contractor to verify with architect what they like to do , if removal of ladder is an option and any person that accesses this roof has to provide ladder and safety tie off gear. 3) signs for communication to be installed along with the handicap signage at parking stalls. 4) blocking gates needed at the stairs on L1 & 1st level to address handicap cane provision of the code.
