1) Hallway roof framing needs joist hangers to be added at end of hallway location on each end of hall. 2) elevator shaft framing to be fixed at all levels where the joists were cut out to accommodate the elevator brackets. Also the hoist beam bearing location on 4th floor needs added members under the hoist beam since there is no header to that wall section. The walls are designed to be full bearing members since there is no posts to carry the headers in these wall sections from precast to 3rd floor. Ok to insulate, reinspection of these corrections can be done at the insulation inspection.

Hangers were addded to the joists in hallway of 4th level. The elevator shaft framing is now corrected to provide proper bearing from hoistway all the way down to precast. Insulation approved in the 4th level of elevator shaft and 4th floor hallway ceiling. Approved to cover walls in elevator shaft and ceiling of hallway on 4th floor.

Note - 2nd layer shafts and elevator shaft must use #8 screws, 2 inch to 2 3/8 inch long W screws per telecom with architect/engineer, spaced 5-7 inch on center per Keegan. NOTE-some 2nd layer has been installed with #6 2 inch screws that need additional #8 screws 2 3/8 inch long. Keegan to mark all 2nd layer installed walls as of today, for 2nd layer screw inspection of 12 areas for three floors.

Framing and fire caulking for 3rd floor... painted locations in orange for fire caulk and adding a stud to party wall of both units on north end. Contractor was right behind us correcting issues. A-35 clips used in place of joist hangers at hallway. Contractor to verify with engineer the load values for the location and if this clips are sufficient.

Rating of elevator wall front... due to the shaft being out of alignment the framing is butt flush to the inside of the doubled gypsum covering , and 2 layers of gypsum will cover over the framing on the inside and extend over 6 inches onto the surrounding gypsum. The lobby side will be furred out as needed and the gypsum cut back to make sure the joints are staggered. Need to see the layers of gypsum for next inspection at floors 1-4.

Sprinkler pipe to be firestopped at through floor...and the condensate pipe and water line wrapped in armaflex to also be firestopped at garage ceiling. 4) correct handrail leading from 1st floor to lower level. 5) complete exterior work, and the grading at front entry... install a temp step and walkway to stair B exit. 6) complete misc work that is still ongoing.

Unit 101, accessibility requirements.... hood vent operation is out of the reach range. 1) Run control to the switch that is in place for the hood vent control. 2) install towel hook or towel bar within 48” reach range at the accessible bathroom. Lower decks at units 103 & 105 have temp guards installed till the work at pool and grade is to be done... close up the infill openings to 4” max opening width. Temp Exit stair outside of stair “B” close up the railing infills to 4” max and install a temp handrail. Install accessible parking signage at the below grade parking garage handicap stall.

Final for this permit is pending final inspection of pool heater .... permit MH201703976. Electrical for pool heater, permit EL201712149. Driveway permit, 201804663. 1) Install exit sign on pool gate at inside of fence that leads to the public way sidewalk. 2) Due to the striping of parking lot, the new layout will be compliant with the signs installed at the building columns. Removed the sign on the bollard to avoid confusion with the adjoining non-accessible parking space. 3) Provide asbuilt to utilities . Pool has been signed off by the state, Bloomington EH. Dept. now takes over with inspections. Final for this permit is approved.
