Viewed rooms at floors 2-7. Some minor details to finishes to be addressed and all accessible rooms are approved pending install of trap wraps in 3 rooms. Under contractors supervision of job site, these rooms can continue to be setup for final completion. Fire inspection to still follow up with their inspection of these rooms.

Partial final approved for hotel pending the verification of the following prior to occupancy of general public: -Missing and or painted sprinkler head discussion plates in the 01 rooms -Several heads and or escutcheon plate covered with tape on first and second floor -Door doesn’t latch room 713 -Single station smoke detector in room 627 needs to be replaced -Seal all penetrations as needed in electrical rooms on guest room floors. I -Door doesn’t close and latch room 516 -Ensure sure all linen chute doors close and latch -Need to test smoke evac. Still final inspections (sprinkler, fire alarm, smoke evac. etc) for water park.

Viewed theming portion of the project. Work still needs to be completed at ropes course, ( guardrail to be installed). Bar area on water park to be completed, areas of bars and kitchens to be completed and all inspected. Areas of theming appear mostly completed. Continue all work and cleanup and reschedule final inspection when completed.

Waiting on independent evaluations for theater, laundry, arcade game, water park slide, bar, and conveyor, Magic Quest and Ten Paw. Mechanical permits to be finaled out with any inspections needed for final. Paddle Bay needs the accessibility compliant bench in the fitting room and signage to be installed. As per all trades inspectors and building, a temp is approved for the owners to come in and set up all areas on levels 1 & 2, rooms on levels 2-8. Fire Marshal approved temp for set up and training throughout hotel, testing is still in progress but will allow to continue with the setup process. Per Environmental Health, kitchens and the bars to be set up with small wares , and will allow food to be in the existing freezers and coolers with exception of Dunkin Donuts & water park bar, no food to be in those areas. All trades inspections to be completed for full final with E.H. Approval also needed, prior to Building final and full occupancy approval. Firestops in garage area completed as per detail from Hilti. Training in the water park can happen after E.H. Has done testing and approval of pools.

Partial final approved for stock, staff, and training. Still need to final sprinkler permit and perform final fire alarm (turnstiles test) and smoke evac test prior to occupancy of general public. Generator run test/emergency lighting approved.

Approved for temp occupancy of all hotel rooms, and apparatus games, ok to stock , cook , setup, and open for soft opening. Follow up inspections to be by December 1st, for any remains items and inspections.
