The only walls that can be covered are the dividing walls between offices and the front of those wall. Fireproofing to be patched at all columns at top framing attachment, and at lower portion at flanges on 2 columns toward the front of store . Column on the storage room next to roof drain piping to also be patched at the removed electrical box at about the 10ft height. First column by entry to have a fire collar installed to the 4" plastic pipe. Reinspection of the fire proofing is required before covering the areas listed above. No interior bathroom walls are to be covered at this time.

The temporary opening at the exit passageway has bee closed up and 2 inset openings are now framed in at locations marked on plans. Wall opening that was closed is to be taped in as per existing to seal from smoke and gas along with all the other holes from the removed penetrations that were pointers out at the last inspection. Storefront framing to be inspected after electrical and sprinkler approval has been given.

Framing at vestibules approved, contractor to take picture of fire caulking of sprinkler pipe as it is to be caulked at the 1st penetrating layer of gypsum. Storefront framing approved, verbal to contractor to add framing at widened opening around pipes for fastening of gypsum. Ok to cover.

Life safety items to be completed. Finishes to be completed and cleanup of site. Contractor to patch through holes at both sides of exit passageway from the removal of piping that once fed this space. No equipment or games should be brought in or installed until approval is granted by city of Bloomington. Call for reinspection !

This is a substantial completion of this space to allow the next phase o work to begin. Space still needs to be gone through by fire inspector for testing of the system. Lighting still needs to be installed,though temp lighting can be used while assembling and installing the games. Patching of the openings from demo of the space still needs to be completed. The C.O.B. Will allow the tenants to bring in and install the games at this time. We will still need to perform all testing as per fire inspections, verify EM lighting, and egress. This will take place when the tenants have the space in a status where they are ready to open. There is not temp C of O at this time.

Temp occupancy to open to public approved, with a timeframe of 10 days to square away the fire inspection issue of alarm decibels for the gaming area. Fire inspection to follow up with alarm decibel needing to be above the game decibels. Testing and verification to be done by MOA and contractor with fire inspection to approve for final.

This space is still operating under a temp. Licensing has this space licensed to operate with more machines that are not in this space. Those machines are being installed, but no definite date of that. Electrical permit is what is left to be finagled for building to close permit. Contractor to look into this and get this straightened out.

Permits were kept open due to the licensing game count of the space, the number of games did not match the count. Additional games were going to be brought in that would have required electrical inspection and possibly alarm decibel verification to be over he actual decibel of the games. Licensing has reissued a new license to reflect the actual count of the games that are in the space and have been approved and tested. All inspections are completed and inspectors have been notified they can close their permits out. Final Approved for this Xcape gaming space.
