Footing and foundation wall is already poured and in place. Contractor took pictures of footing rebar. The plans do not show any detail for this section view or how this was installed. Contractor to have approval from engineer/architect for this installation.

Rescinding previous "approval with conditions" for the footing inspection dated 8/21/17. Engineer /architect to provide new documentation of the footing and foundation wall install that was not done to detail as what is on the plans. New detail and design needed to move forward with inspections for the ramp.
