Fire gave a 10 day temp with final to follow with correction and inspection. 1) rear door has a window installed that appears to be aftermarket. Contractor to verify if safety glazed and complies with mfg for the door rating. 2) handrail at ladder stair in rear back of house to be completely fastened and bolts tightened. 3) E.H. Corrections still are outstanding. 4) gas line at through passageway to be fire caulked. 5) equipment what was installed or came in after plan review of E.H. To be addressed and a splash guard is needed at the hand sink by lemonade table.
As per fire temp to operate, the C.O.B will allow a 10 day temp to open and operate upon conditions of all corrections being completed and inspected. Temp C.O can be revoked and space closed if the issues are not addressed and inspections not followed up with.
