1) provide smoke seal at secondary door exit. 2) emergencyshut down procedures needed for fire department procedures. 3) install Knox box as required by fire inspection. 4) mezzanine needs guards and possible hatch cover, engineer to design and submit to city for review. Details with battery boxes in ramp to be addressed along with 4TH floor gantry. Approved for temp use with above items to be addressed ASAP. City may revoke temp use if above items are not taken care of or addressed in a timely manor, inspector will confirm with building official on these issues. All fire stops within mall as pertaining to the scope of this permit are approved and pictures provided for areas that are not accessible to view.

Stairwell ... all demo completed and rated walls at back to the 2 hour rating and firestops at penetrations completed . Approved to close out his permit once the permit for the remaining work of separation of the mezzanine is issued.
