Above ceiling and ceiling framing approved. Covering of the main area hard lid is pending sprinkler inspection, fire inspector to give final approval to cover when inspected at the area demarcation of the diffuser where heads are not mounted. Remain ceiling has been approved to cover. Exhaust duct needs to be designed by engineer and approved by MOA and City of Bloomington plan review for its location and design so as not to impede on the width requirement as it passes through the floors with a protecting barrier around it.

1)Exit signage needed to direct from the front near cashwrap to the rear exit. 2) lower one sink in the retail area to comply with accessibility height of sinks,(34”). HVAC permit and inspections to be completed. Fireproofing to beam behind the duct in passageway to be patched on the 1st and 2nd level. Protective surrounds to be installed around duct to height of 8ft. Per mall requirements. Approved to stock and train, not to open yet.

1) Complete fireproofing patching to 3rd floor beam next to the duct. 2) fire collars at floors and at rated roof to be compliant with the rating of each, 20 gage is incorrect. 3) complete the protective surround around the ducts at each level, the steel surround is to be installed at 3rd level when it comes in. HVAC FINAL NEEDED. Reinspection is required. See comment for temp final.
