Through floor piping in bathrooms of 13th floor are wrapped to allow floor deflection and contractor installed metal plate at bottom of hole with concrete filling the annular enlarged space around piping. The use of a 3 hour fire caulking is sealing around the annular space of the piping. Approved to now cover walls.
