Exterior sidewalk - vs ramp. Slope greater than 1: 12 to be classified as a sidewalk, not a ramp. Other option - if classified as a ramp a maximum rise of less than 30 inches is allowed at a slope not greater than 1:12 = 8.33%. Handrail required for ramp if in the path of egress. Concrete sidewalk poured by contractor, fall 2018. No pre pour form inspections requested.

Location of tenant - North end of building off elevators. B. New tenant Fardosa for daycare is now running state MN licensed autism learning center, and Space is sprinklered. B. Need fire final. C. Temp occupancy given, conditional on fire marshal sprinkler final. D. Environmental health - food licensed was planned and applied for the catering in of meals. Business is no longer a day care, and is licensed with the state for an autism learning center. Parents prep and pack individual special dietary lunches for each child.
