Floor framing , wall and ceiling approved. Ok to cover. Ceiling framing is being raised up at ramp locations 6”, with no change to it. Approved to raise it up and cover.

Framing of the steel tube support system at storefront.... architect to verify the support structure being attached through the existing membrane into 20gage framing studs with the system he spec’d. This is not consistent with plans page A9 detail 3&4. Changes to plans to be resubmitted to City of Bloomington.

The exterior box steel assembly at exterior of buildout approved to cover pending sprinkler install and inspection. The corrections for this assembly have been done by contractor. There is an aluminum joist system that holds the screen up, the top channel and webs have been cut out where the sprinkler piping passes through. Contractor alraedy has a fix that he will do to reconnect the sections. This will be viewed at next inspection.

Above ceiling approved. The aluminum webbed header system that has been cut in 4 locations is connected by 20gage framing track. If this system supports any weight other than the lightweight screen, an engineer will need to design the correct fix for this.
