Nfill opening of the elevator shaft at the removed door is temporary, until the new door unit comes in and is installed and inspected. The wall is a shaft liner with 1st layer of gypsum installed. Contractor to provide pictures of fire caulking at perimeter with Hilti FS one Max. ... approved to install second layer.

Consultation with contractors...
Issues with doors at entry and the single door in corner. Door pressure is adjusted to meet required opening force, but the HVAC system is not in operation at this time. Once the building is pressurized the doors will not function as they are now adjusted for. The opening force is hard to open... adjustments will be needed.
The sprinkler curtain wash at the front rated glass and the rated front entry doors is incomplete. Contractor is working with owners on the completion of system.
The first set of doors at entry are not rated doors, and the sprinkler curtain wash equivalencies need to be located at the inner rated doors of the rated wall.
Parking lot second lift and striping is yet to be completed.

Pressure Balancing has been done and system is now balanced. Tested all exiting doors and they fall within the code requirements for opening force, (section 1008.1.3). The entry doors are as close as possible to code requirements being used for exiting as well, since doors are fire rated.
