Rebar and footings from line C.3 coming around south and westward to line 5.8. Footing rebar approved, J hooks are not tied properly and are falling over, with some tied together which tilts the J downward in contact with the ground.
Contractor is not ready for more footing and truck was turned away. Contractor to correct the bars and make sure they are secured in place prior to concrete setting..

Contractor opened front of wall ar elevator 1 for inspection, framing is not properly fastened and they did not follow the assembly of the elevator installer for a 5/8” gypsum wrap around the 3 sides of frame. Wall assembly type has not been picked by project design professional.
All walls to have a UL, or GA design and to follow the installation requirements for the elevator frame as well.
Contractor to address this issue and call for inspection of the framing installation prior to covering the wall front.

Approval to occupy the 1st level and the front garage only. Surround still needed around the piping in both garage areas, and the gate at the bottom of stairwells to be permanently affixed.
At this inspection the stairs to the upper levels are both chained off with signage “ for construction access only” since those levels are not completed, and temp guard is installed at each first level under stair location.
Final occupancy will need all items and inspections completed, this is a temp occupancy for the first floor and front garage only.
