Bathrooms: 1) grab bars at roll in shower required to be at 33-36 inches max height to top of bars from floor. 2) vertical bars at toilet to have backing installed for attachment and to be 3” to max 6” of clearance from the horizontal bar. ( Both toilets). 3)install unisex signage at bathroom with shower. 4) install mirrors at both bathrooms, 40” max to bottom reflective edge from floor. At rear door to accessible parking: 1) install signage 60” from bottom of sign to the grade. 2) 60” level and flat landing needed at door. 3) striping needed to mark space. Call for reinspection when completed.

Shower stall : The folding chair has been replaced with a portable handicap shower chair, City has approved this as an alternative with this buildout due to the use of the space. City of Bloomington will approve a temp occupancy for tenant use pending the above corrections are completed and inspected for final of permit and occupancy use. The parking will be done in spring, call for the inspection to close out permit.

Grab bars in bathrooms are corrected. Note the vertical bar in the roll in shower is not required, this is required in a alternate roll in shower. Contractor left it in place at the wrong height, but is not required.
