From grade visual of completed 32 INCH height of 3.5 courses of core filled cmu from top of 24 inch wide footing viewed from top only, using One #5 rebar, 24 inch on center w/ one #5 in the 2 exterior corners, and two #5 rebars at dumpster front wall edge opening. Contractor using 24 inch bar lap on #5 vertical core fill reinforcements. Sand soil visible from top view. 12 inch cmu wall to proceed by contractor.

First inspection per engineered plans submitted. A. Trash enclosure completed. No city inspections requested. B. Contractor states the existing bottom of the existing footing was at 48 inch depth per the engineered drawings, and engineer approved this condition. C. Contractor states all above footing foundation specifications were met per plan, and photos were taken during construction. C. Provide letter to city from engineer of record, approving by photos, ALL CONSTRUCTION METHODS. D. ITEMS APPROVED per engineer include but not limited to 1. special inspections 2. all existing footing 3. installed CMU foundation, with reinforced core fills, steel reinforcement, CMU core fill and ladder joint reinforcement, bond beam with reinforcement, CMU grout construction, epoxy rebar installation, 4. all per the origional submitted engineered or modified engineered plans submitted, per the photos taken by contractor. 5. Submit letter to the city of BLOOMINGTON,inspector : B.POST@bloomingtonmn.gov.
