Underslab poly, wired mesh approved. #5 rebar for the mat at the reinforced thickened section used for support of storefront, is onsite and will be set in place when concrete is being placed. Special inspector will view this at concrete placement. Approved.

Apple space demising walls approved and ok to cover. Note... the demising walls for the storage locations and the extension to back of house back hallway, along with the shaft enclosure for the ducting relocation that will feed from floors1-roof do not have a permit and plans to be submitted to city of Bloomington for permit application. Inspections will follow once permit is approved.

Viewed perimeter lease line wall framing of the apple tenant space. Approved. Viewed the wall framing of most the back of house cooridor being added and was not shown on the plans. 2 hour shaft for 2nd floor for the mechanical duct was inspected with the building of shaft, and first layer of shaft. The back wall of shaft has 2 layers of gypsum board added to the existing wall to rate the wall for a 2 hour rating. Approved to install the 2nd layer to that shaft framing of 2nd floor. These items viewed are not included in the permit description and to be addressed by mall and contractor for the addition to the permit of the shell work. The shaft will go up through floor and needs to be inspected as work progresses.

Need to complete fire caulking and stencil corridor with “no storage by Fire Marshall”. Double door opening in wall will be filled in with wall and that will be transferred to the Apple buildout permit. Any firestops from any other penetrations Apple runs in the corridor will also get transferred to the Apple buildout permit.

The scope of work under this permit is approved for final. Any existing issues that need to still be completed as in the wall infill at cooridor and rated doors at the created storage space and column fireproofing protection, will be required for completion under the Apple tenant buildout permit.
