Above ceiling and ceiling and storefront framing approved. Electrical inspection and approval needed before any gypsum covering to take place.
Note... had conversation with contractor to either rock walls above the ceilings to enclose insulation or cut it off at ceiling level,( exposed insulation in plenum not allowed).

1) install suite numbers at storefront.
2) rear exit door needs to be contrasting from walls, cannot be painted same color tone.
3) install accessibility signage at fitting room and bathroom.
4) fasten sink to wall.
Exiting from space is through what is called on plans as a storage room. This room is actually an office with a break room. There are built in cubby’s in the show room for product storage.
Due to the room size and configuration, this room cannot be called a storage room since exiting cannot go through a storage room without any walls up for egress path delineation.
