Elevator shaft by masonry block, fire caulking and concrete patching inspection will be done by building inspector, by riding top of elevator cars on completion. B. Note - roof deck flutes are being plugged by ‘off white’ mineral fiber plugs. Spray dam will be final coat. C. HVAC- RATED SHAFTS WITH FLOOR LEVEL 1 AND 2 SHAFT SEPARATION BY FUSEABLE THERMAL LINK FIRE DAMPERS.

Discussed requirements for sprinkler and soffit/lid for equivalency for glass enclosure around elevator. Also discussed the need for life safety final inspection prior to allowing for stock and/or staff training. Request knox box and keyed access on all rear (north side) stairwell exit discharge door. General Contractor to also follow up on fire alarm/sprinkler monitoring installation and permit.

Temp Final - to stock product. A. Final fire sprinkler, with exit signage and additional EM lighting,( see comment *C. below) through out ALL all areas of the store. B. Provide a NO PARKING sign at ( the head of all accessible parking unload spaces.) upon final only. C. All Exit signage to have Emergency lighting, and Additional Emergency lighting throughout all spaces as required to provide a minimum of 1 foot candle of illumination through out all areas of the building, for a loss of power situation. D. Final fire sprinkler, ( see comment C above ) exit signage, emergency lighting, required to bring in product to stock store. E. Elevator final required for each elevator before using elevator. F. HVAC - Seal to concrete floor deck and ductwork, with 1 hr rated system, all bottom openings of all mechanical shafts. G. ALL SPECIAL INSPECTION summary reports e mailed to Bpost@bloomingtonmn.gov H.
