The site access and egress for the emergency vehicles is to be off East 86th street. With a second access off East old Shakopee Road. Two drives are required to separate emergency egress from other site traffic. The parking quantities are required to support the fire fighter response.

Viewed the spray foamed areas of the roof details of the upper sections of steel framing...approved rebar installation at east vehicle bays approved, pending the installation of chairs to raise bars off the woorsbo piping. Contractor has chairs cut to size so they can lift mats and place the chairs.

Consultation with architect, city, and contractor about adding stalls at the men’s urinals for privacy due to the field of view when door to bathroom is opened. Partial view of ceiling framing on second level. Trades inspections needed prior to building inspection... call to set up inspection. Went over handrails in the stairwell of the hose tower. Clearance for the railing cannot be achieved at the column steel locations. Contractor to contractor can address this issue by installation of an added handrail from top to bottom of the stair flight at the problematic areas. This is still a pending issue and to be discussed amongst the design team for approval.
