Viewed the back of house area of this store... framing that connects to ducting in any fashion to be disconnected and resupported as needed. Wall framing in this area approved and can be covered pending any electrical and plumbing inspections. Will view this area at next inspection for the disconnection of walls and ceilings from ducting support.

Soffits and storefront ceiling approved. Sprinkler inspection needed at storefront prior to covering. Disconnected duct in storefront ceiling to be reconnected prior to covering. The vestibule at the rear entry at the house is currently rated for one hour, I need to be ready for two hours. Contractor to verify with designer about moving the door to the two hour rated wall vs. relayering the 2 walls in he vestibule to maintain the 2 hour rating.

1) Adjust the occupancy load signs that are installed to reflect the actual occupancy load as is on the approved plans in the sweat room, grow room and at the eating area. 2) Environmental Health approval needed, schedule inspection. 3) fire sign off for building permit and alarm permit needed, schedule inspection. 4) plumbing permit still open, back flow prevention needed at dispenser units. Correct and schedule plumbing inspection. 5) Hvac permit still open, permit to be final. Reschedule building final to coincide with all finals.

Final approved, with verbal corrections to electrical contractor to add add directional arrows to certain signs of exit. This is happening as inspection is in progress. Environmental Health to follow up with there permit requirements once open for business.
