Progress walk thru. A. Elevators- warning signage at controls inside and outside of elevator car. ( upon fire smoke alarm ) elevators will shut down, follow exits to exit building. B. Upon fire sprinkler activation, water will continue to flow, elevators will continue to operate, but upon smoke detectors alarm elevator car will shut down and recall to main floor. C. Upon a loss of power, elevator will recall to main floor, exit building. (into stairwells, or main floor to exterior.) D. Elevators have communication from interior of elevator to exterior of elevator for fire fighters. B. FINAL WALK THRU - A. Mirrors inside restrooms, all must have bottom edge of mirror reflective surface 40 inches above floor max. B. Restroom accessible signage must be on the exterior latch side of the door, measured 48 inches max to the brail. C. Exterior landscape, and exterior parking lot stripping, and exterior night lighting must be tested and passed per city planning, prior to a final certificate of occupancy. D. Final for all trade inspections including environmental health must also be completed and final approved.

Stucco lathe - south side section of building exterior. 2 coat cement stucco, with expansion joints. with 3rd coat finish colored coat. Note - areas of individual stucco sections exceed 144 square feet or 12ft x 12 ft, per ASTM specifications. Actual new stucco sections dimensions are 12 ft x 15 ft. Contractor has been informed of this. INSPECTOR COMMENT; allow 7 day minimum drying time between coats, to reduce shrinkage cracking. Passed, with conditions.
