Framing - A. Remove ceiling bulkhead from existing walls cut off and removed. B. Provide front approach transaction counter, 30 inch minimum width, and maximum 36 inch from finished floor, and clear floor space for the front approach side of 48 inch minimum. C. Provide for fire sprinkler permit for relocation of sprinkler heads. D. Provide electrical low voltage and fire alarm wiring electrical permits. E. Provide for plumbing permit, note- Restroom framing can not be approved until floor and plumbing rough in are completed. E. Does space need separation walls to deck for neighboring tenants above ceiling? Contact city plan review.

Above ceiling - A. No tenant separation to adjacent tenants is required for B occupancy. B. Need above ceiling for electrical and low voltage/fire alarm wiring. Need electrical low voltage permit. C. Existing HVAC system and bathroom exhaust system - Ok. D. Need plumbing and electrical finals prior to building finals. E. A city of Bloomington sign permit and electrical permit is required for all exterior signage.
