New cooridor is 2 layered gypsum covered at the inside of cooridor to coincide with a 1hour rated wall listing since access to Build A Bear store could not be done at this time. This completes the framing for this permit she’ll buildout.

Final for this permit and the scope of work ...approved. Contractor has the next phase of this project, the elevator and escalators will be finished with that permit buildout and state sign off for all elevators and escalators will be needed at that time. Fireproofing to be fully completed and / or will be required to be completed with the buildout of the next phase of this project.

Approved to final this phase of project, the buildout is still under full sprinkler coverage. New buildout will require a new sprinkler permit and inspections. Any plans and work to be verified by the fire inspector.
