Board room is not going to be used as a 7 sq. Ft. Standing room occupant load. It is set up to have a use of under 50 occupancy load and will not need exit signage or panic/ push bar door hardware. This room is compliant as it is set up and approved for use. The space is also compliant for use, and meets code requirements.

Board room is not going to be used as a 7 sq. Ft. Standing room occupant load. It is set up to have a use of under 50 occupancy load and will not need exit signage or panic/ push bar door hardware. This room is compliant as it is set up and approved for use. The space is also compliant for use, and meets code requirements. The project manager is to contact the architect and have them send an addendum for the use and occupant load of this room to the city for our record of change and use of this room. This is a condition to be met to final this permit.
