Ceiling cannot be supported off the ductwork or supports for ductwork. Add supports as needed and relocate wires to the new supports. Reinspection of this needed.
The reclaimed wood being used needs to be treated with a fire protection product that will give it a class “A” rating on all sides and edges of each board. Supply product info and verification of the correct application needed.

Consultation with owner on inspections and potential opening of pizza prep area. Inspection of hood needed by HVAC inspector and kitchen area by EH inspector. Went through the space and exits signs and occupancy load signage is also needed for the party room. The standing ornaments the pat are in the outside dining area of space in mall common area need to be verified for a class A rating. MOA staff is aware of this and is checking on this.

1) see plans, install occupancy signage as per plans. Grandstand occupancy to be figured at 7sq ft per person since there is no fixed seating.
2) mirrors in bathrooms to be lowered to 40” from floor to mirror reflective edge.
3) lower exit sign at corner of pizzeria, it is out of view and hidden by lighting.
Final needed for all trades inspections, have inspections set up for finals.
