Framing - partial pass only. A. Complete screw fasten, all fire treated plywood, into the wood ceiling joists. Screw spacing - MAXIMUM SPACING 8 INCHES. B. Contractor must completely cover the top surface and behind large sprinkler pipe top surface, and all 3 perimeter edges, gaps and openings, with 5/8 gypsum and screws. C. Fire caulk - all small gaps around the 2 sprinkler heads. D. Also cover with gypsum and fasten the rear most edge perimiter at rear area of suite, with E. Call for reinspection. F. Electrical permit required to reinstall exit signs having emergency lighting, and all 2 x 4 ceiling lites.
