1) studs bent in an arc to accommodate plumbing piping should be stood straight to properly carry loads
2) studs that are cut out on the one side to run go around plumbing piping need to be cleated for structural stability.
3) nail plates are needed at studs that have plumbing running through them.
Notes are on the inside of the wall gypsum that point out corrections needed. No further covering of walls till the corrections are done and have been inspected.

1) follow up inspection with EH and their corrections.
2) verify open trades permits for phase 1 of this buildout, finals need to be completed with them.
3) phase 2 permit is still not paid for and issued. This needs to be taken care of and trades inspections for this phase to be completed.
4) install vertical grab bars to the ambulatory stalls in the group bathrooms.
5) the men’s group bathroom has a structural post impeding the clearance to access the accessible stalls. Adjust sink counter to obtain clearance.
Set up inspection when items are corrected.

He room off the storage area now has doors swinging the direction of Travel for exiting, exit signs also installed where required.
Occupancy is approved for this building buildout.
See outstanding comments with remaining work left to do with the exterior as noted on the city approved plans.
