C. Ok to proceed with installing new windows. C. All living units have a thru wall window air conditioner, providing some additional exterior make up into the living unit.

Project description - A. Install new exterior replacement windows and vinyl exterior siding around the windows in the living units and tempered windows in the stairwells. B. Work performed to date - passed. C. 6 windows are back ordered, due to window manufacture plant destroyed in recent Iowa tornado. D. Smoke and CO detectors being installed by owner maintenance manager. E. City is issuing a partial final on 95% completion of work.
