1) exit signs for levels 1&2 in the cubicle areas to be adjusted and some removed so the actual exiting demarcation is not so confusing. Contractor is aware of this and knows what one’s are needed.
2) install accessibility signage at bathrooms.
3) complete handrail and guardrails and stairs at front entry.
4) occupancy signage needed at the cafeteria and auditorium rooms, contractor to verify the loads.
5) horns and strobes, and EM lighting to be tested at inspection.
6) trades inspections to be completed for all work being done and for final occupancy.
