Corrections: 1) thresholds to be 1/2” max, smoke seals at doors to be replaced as needed if damaged, and sweeps to be installed. 2) sprinkler heads to be uncovered and escutcheons to be installed. 3) CO2 detectors needed in units along with smoke detectors. 4) rated access panels are needed in units 813 & 819, along with wall framing to attach panels to. 5) fire stop at laundry room demising walls in room next to 801, and rate wall in electrical room next to room 829. Reinspection needed. Electrical approval needed, along with fire approval.

See outstanding comments… item number 2 corrected, pending installation of wider sweeps to allow for adjustment to threshold. Testing for horns and strobes was canceled for today, contractor to reschedule inspection and approval must be given by fire inspector to occupy, before any tenants can take occupancy of the units. Unit numbers that are to be turned over are… laundry # 802, #’s 803,804,806,808,810,813,815,816,818,819, & 829. EM lighting at lobbies is being addressed by contractor. Verification of elevator tied to generator back up is being verified by contractor. At this time, no occupancy of the units listed until fire inspection has done their verification testing and given occupancy approval.
