Wall framing….. all walls behind storefront approved, and can be covered after plumbing and electrical have done inspections. See outstanding comments for correction and reinspection requirements.

1) beams and columns need to be patched with fireproofing that is consistent to what is already in place… Cafco Blazeshield. Call for inspection when ready and no covering of columns till inspection is completed. 2) storefront framing to be inspected, and existing mall bulkhead to be patched and sealed for smoke and gas. Call for inspection when ready and no covering at this time. 3) through floor penetrations removed in rated corridor, need to verify the patching of each floor that is being fixed to ensure the correct patching and fire stop is provided due to the penetrations removal. 4) trades inspections to be completed, call and schedule those inspections.
