Electrician on site, install smaller diameter sleeve, fill complete gap between 2 hr concrete floor and pipe sleeve, with 2 hour intumesent fire caulk, from bottom and top sides. After future electrical is run thru new sleeve, pack mineral wool in the sleeve from bottom and top sides, and then coat both ends of sleeve with 2 hr intumesent fire caulk from bottom and top sides. 2. Correction: Remove particle board backing, and replace with FRP PLYWOOD. 3. Provide photo on phone.
