Corrections.... 1) ramp in storage requires handrails on each side. 2) trash room requires a stair and rails to get into room. Stairway to be minimal 36" width. 3) firestop any penetrations in trash room walls each side. 4) restrooms.... communal sink needs trap wraps and insulation at drain piping. Mirrors to be lowered to 40" to reflective edge from floor to mirror. 5) ambulatory stalls in each bathroom group to be 36" ... adjust accordingly. 6) hooks on doors to be within 48" height from floor. 7) Corrections as per EH. 8) make EM light in back hall operable. 9) install occupancy load signage. 10) Designate and install handicap parking signs at stalls and unloading zone.

Footings have been complete at the section of th building tie in between the two builings and the trash room... no inspections were called in with the city. Special inspection reports are needed to be set to the city inspector. Opening between the buildings are in the process of being cut on the addition building... framing inspection is required. Interior of space ha exposed foam that needs to be covered by gypsum or an approved paint product for a fire covering.

Needs to make the following corrections: -Occupancy load sign for new area. -Add FDC sign and relocate waterflow notification device to the street side above FDC. -Mount new fire extinguishers. -Label door leading to the sprinkler riser. -Verify all exit signs/e-lights illuminate with power out. -Provide new keys for the knox box. -Remove all extension cords throughout the building. -Properly seal around the dry sidewall heads to the garbage room.
