1) Due to the occupand load and required exits needed, the doors that open in the direction of travel need to be easily identifiable and contrasting in some way. This includes all doors wthin the space used in the path of exiting and the back door to space exit. 2) the storeroom storage cannot have items stored within 18" of ceiling or sprinkler head, a demarcation line for height storage should be marked on walls and storage adjusted to conply. 3) the ladder access in storage needs to have a removable access panel to maintain maintain the collection of heat for the sprinkler head in this room to work properly. Call in for reinspection of these items for the final occupancy of this space.
