Tenant fit out at the Mall of America. Suite S200, located on the second floor where Bloomingdales used to be. The tenant is a Haunted House immersive experience that will have a 1 year agreement with the mall to set up for this Halloween event and possibly a few other minor events throughout the year with an option to extend to a 5 year lease. There will be a permanent built tunnel themed entrance constructed on non-combustible materials. The rest of the spaces will be configured with demountable partitions provided by the owner. These partitions will be constructed with wood framing and be fire treated and then themed. The partitions are removable and reconfigurable so they can change up the experience for different events. You will see in the code plan study that they will be maintaining safe egress routes, sprinklers, fire extinguishers for fire and life safety. They will maintain accessible routes and utilize the existing restrooms for guests. All new doors are on the demountable partitions from the owner and the hardware will all be push/pull with closers and no latches. Food and beverages served in the serving area will all be prepackaged items, nothing will be prepared on-site.

Viewed the paint and the additive used for fire retardent protection, panels are all coated with first coat of paint. The additive to paint will be used for all coats applied and to all fabrics applied to or hanging , per the contractor on site.

Walk through of this space.... exiting approved. The partitions and all theme products are fire protected with the products submitted. Work is still ongoing, the next inspection EM lighting will be tested and all signage to be verified.
