Contractor is looking for a Temp CO. The city will grant a temp occupancy for owners and other venders to set up the facility to complete items they provide. Items to be complete include... 1) occupancy load signage 2) fixtures for the bathrooms ie.. toilet paper holders and soap dispensers. 3) glass panels for some of the rooms that are built. The smoke control system also needs to be retested for the full functionality of the system as the test today for the Atrium worked , but some features were not fully functional. Damper testing is also needed, set up inspections with fire and building for this test. The owners are approved to be onsite and have their FF&E items installed at this time.
