Phase II - Infill existing loading dock with processed chilled water plant and exterior wall assembly, MEP upgrades in Phase III - Remodeling existing manufacturing areas, adding interior H-4 gas room, adding prayer/ablution rooms, remodeling accessible toilet rooms. Polar Semiconductor is proposing an interior remodel of existing buildings P1, P2, and P3 and a 3,750 square foot electrical room addition between buildings P2 and P3. The project aims to improve Polar Semiconductor’s manufacturing capabilities and increase the production of semiconductor products. The project will be executed throughout multiple phases with construction occurring over the course of multiple years. Roughly ninety percent of the scope of work is interior remodeling, mechanical/electrical upgrades, and tool installations for Polar Semiconductor’s manufacturing processes.
