Remove existing EPDM to the insulation, leaving it in place for re-use. Install a layer of 1/2" HD Polyiso over the existing insulation. This adds an R-value of 2.5. Install new 60-mil Thermoplasic roofing, mechanically attached. Install new flashings at walls, penetrations, pipes, curbs and scuppers. Install walkway pad on serviceable sides of all RTU units.
