Correction 2: Miscellaneous/Other Status: Comment Only Date Status Changed: 01/29/2025 Comments: Accessibility is compliant on inside of the kiosk style space. The raised platform is a step up from the mall floor by 2.5" and the design was for people to enter at any opening. This would not comply with code requirements. Now that it is brought to the attention of the mall , they will place weighted objects at the openings to block access in and out of the openings (not including the ramped opening). This will be sufficient to comply with the code requirements. A recheck of this will be done when the objects are in place. This kiosk build is approved for final pending the follow-up inspection.
