1) ambulatory stalls in bathrooms need the upright grab bars installed and the coat hooks on stall doors in each bathroom need hooks at 48" max height.
2) install occupancy signage for this restaurant.
3) ladders for roof access to be mounted to building and parapet.
4) spray foam in trash room at ceiling... provide information to the type of foam and flame and smoke rating. This foam may need to be covered with a thermal barrier like DC 315, flameblok, or flame guard. A gypsum ceiling could also be installed to protect foam.
Provide this information to inspector.
