The 2 pad footings that were originally placed did not make poundage break though the concrete mix was approved for use. Contractor decided to remove them and redo footing pads. Rebar and pad size/ depth approved.

Went over the buildout and time line for possible turnover use of these restrooms by Aug 1st. There are pieces that are on back order and wont be in by that date, trades inspections are set up for the week of possible turnover. Contractor to set up inspection for building inspector about mid week and we can revisit the potential of turnover use for the upcoming event.

Bathrooms are built to the approved plans. What remains to be completd is the glass panels to be installed when they come in. Bathrooms are approved to open for public use. Call cor final inspection when all glazing is in and completed.
