Install all ceiling, mount 4 fire extinguishers, stencil not storage by order of fire marshal in exit corridors, label shelving limit on storage to 18 inches below sprinkler deflector, paint door frames on the 3 exit doors, sprinkler heads to be installed on closets by the cash wrap, pull exit sign, ceiling tiles, Label electrical room and remove storage, rock walls and install ceiling in storage areas (3).

1) 2 storage spaces at storefront, and the long storage space along west corridor need to have walls gypsum covered to top of wall and ceailings filled in to walls and padded out.
2) doors used in exiting along the exit routes need to be readily identifiable. Doors or frames to be of contrasting color from walls.
3) the hold open devices on all exit route doors to be removed.
4) shelving above toilets to be at min. 80" height above floor.
5) storage room shelving to be marked with max height of 18" from ceilings. This applies to all storage areas, shelving may need to be removed if needed.
6) mark the exit areas at back of house with " no storage by order of fire marshal" ... mall has a stencil that can be used.
7) install extinguishers as required and the extinguisher box in the mall storefront.
8) isntall sprinkler protection in storage closets behind cashwraps.
9) remove tape from sprinkler head in sales area.
9) all electrical outlets and junction boxes need to be properly covered with finish plates.
10) remove exit sign at vestibule that is not in exit route.
11) all ceiling tiles must be installed to all areas where missing throughout this space.
12) Label and clear storage from electrical room.

2) permanently mark no storage (at a 5 ft from floor height ) in exit paths in back of house.
3) install door cover to the hose bib at outside of space on west corridor.
4) install all cover plates to outlets, switches, and junction boxes that are still missing such covers.
Set up final inspection for the final of this permit when these items are completed

This space originally had Certificate of Occupancy, this permit and work was for a refresh of the space. The original certificate of Occupancy is still in effect, and this permit is approved for final.
