Elevator pad rebar... double mat #6 bars each way 12" oc at both mats. Wall rebar in place and as per design. Scissor lift pad .... rebar #4 each way 12" oc. Both mats. Approved to place concrete.

Sump pit.... water in pit at this time, no rebar placed. Contis trying to dewater, and will probably raise the slab height of pit do to the water table height. Contractor can reschedule inspection if they will not have approval to raise slab, or send photos of bar in place if concrete to still be placed today. Terracon inspection is the third party and will also verify rebar .
