This is an active site where people are coming in to donate blood. Construction safety and safeguards need to be followed when the people and public are in areas of work. 1) the open trenches cut in for underground work are covered by gypsum board. Remove gypsum board and install plywood of at least 1/2" thickness and tape to secure to floor to cover the trenches. 2) the piping sticking up from the floor needs to have a barrier or a cone th cover them to protect from accidental impalement. Contractor to follow jobsite saftey requirements when this project is ongoing. A call to the contracting company telling them of these issues was placed and these issues will be forwarded to the person running this job. The manager onsite was also informed of this issue.

Correction... 1) The "L" shaped half height wall needs to have stansions/ supports that bolt to floor and attach to framing at eact end sction and at least on the center of the longer portion of this halh height wall. Call for reinspection of this framing once they are installed. Tried to call contact and had to leave messages about this correction.
