Remove and dispose of existing coping metals, parapet wall metals, scuppers and downspouts. Remove the existing 2 layers of BUR roofing and all insulation down to the deck. Remove and dispose of wall, pipe and curb flashings. Install 2 layers of 2.6" polyiso over structurally sloped wood decks, R-30 for code. Sumps and tapered insulation provided as needed. Install new 60 mil mechanically fastened TPO roof system per manufacturer requirements. Install new flashings at all walls, penetrations, pipes, curbs and scuppers. Install new 24ga edge metals with keepers and new downspouts.
