The insulation will then be covered with a 60mil EPDM. New Kynar prefinished sheet metal coping and scuppers are included. All roofing safety, labor, permits, and dumpsters are included. The new roofing system will be covered by a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty alongside a two-year contractor’s workmanship warranty.
