Partial Roof Replacement Install OSHA-compliant perimeter warning lines and guardrails around the roof perimeter to ensure worker safety during all activities performed by PBR employees; this does not apply to other trades or companies. Remove and properly dispose of existing perimeter edge metal flashings and sheet metal Remove the existing roof system and flashings down to the existing coverboard. Dispose of all debris and refuse at a state-approved landfill. Mechanically fasten one layer of ½" Structodek HD to the existing metal roof deck. Install an additional layer of ½" Structodek HD insulation set in hot type IV asphalt. Install an SBS Premium FR cap sheet set in type IV asphalt. Install related base flashings in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard details and recommendations. Fabricate and install new roof-related sheet metal flashings and trim. Remove all debris, materials, and equipment from the job site upon completion.
